As Executive Vice President, I guide our project leads through recruitment and oversee all non-technical initiatives. Most recently, we hosted the inaugural Robot Day, welcoming 250+ grade school students and family members to campus to engage with our robots and compete in design challenges. We are constantly seeking new ways to share our projects with the community, and are producing a video to highlight our projects.
I joined the WashU Robotics Club as the drone team lead in its first semester and built a team of five students to create Flashbird, our flashing, flying drone. Flashbird was the star of our spring robotics showcase, and continues to be a highlight of my time in this club.
